Senior Tax Resolution Attorney's Duties and Responsibilities

• Help clients with advanced tax planning strategies and compliance.
• Represent clients to IRS and various taxing authorities for complex tax issues and audits.
• Review Individual, Partnership, Corporate and Trust Tax Returns.
• Working with the CEO of the firm in developing Advanced Tax Planning Strategies.

Education and Experience required for Senior Tax Resolution Attorney

• Valid Tax Attorney License (any state) and admitted to US Tax Court for at least 10 years.
• Outstanding track record of successful negotiations and tax audit wins.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is a no-nonsense, meritocratic workplace.
• Ability to explain complex tax strategies in a simple way.
• Problem-solving skills with proactive client servicing attitude.
• Very high verbal and written communication skills.
