3+ years of Healthcare Defense NOT plaintiff side
Licensed to practice in Virginia

JD from accredited law school
DUTIES:
Focused on med maldefense, health care regulatory board defense, white-collar criminal, and other health care operations/government investigation, and civil litigation
We are looking for lateral attorneys with relevant civil litigation experience to join our team.
Health care interest and experience are a plus. Excellent writing, research, and advocacy skills are essential.
We have a minimum billable hour requirement of 1800, with a goal of 1900 for full-time litigators.
Salary is competitive and negotiable commensurate with experience.
