Attorney - Juvenile Dependency

Description:

A Law Firm is a private law firm that is contracted by the County of Orange to represent the best interest of Children in the Orange County Dependency Court as their attorney and Guardian ad Litem in all aspects of the legal proceedings.
Attorneys will carry a full case load and represent our Minor clients at every stage of the Dependency Court Proceedings. Attorneys will make daily court appearances , prepare cases for both contested and non-contested hearings. Attorneys will collaborate and conference cases with Social Workers, County Counsel, counsel representing other parties on the case, as well as service providers.
Qualification Requirements:

• Member in good standing of the State Bar of California
• Knowledge and experience of Juvenile Dependency Law and/or Family Law are preferred
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-energy Courtroom
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Interact respectfully and exercise professional courtesy
