As an Attorney III you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide legal support on matters related to administrative, civil, and criminal enforcement actions, specifically related to the Santa Susana Field Laboratory Project
- Review inspection reports, penalty assessments, and other legal documents
- Draft administrative orders and civil complaints
- Develop and update Department enforcement policies and procedures in collaboration with other Department staff
- Review and analyze historical Department policies and procedures for present applicability
Desirable Qualifications We Look For:
- Environmental/legal subject-matter knowledge
- Applicable skills/training/experience
- CEQA experience
- PRA experience
- Public participation knowledge
