About the Job:
A Family Law Firm is a well established Family Law firm. We are seeking trustworthy, dependable, and hard-working individuals to join our team as an associate attorney. We are hiring for both our Fayetteville office and Carthage office.
Must be in good standing with the North Carolina Bar.
Must be licensed in North Carolina with a minimum of three (3) years experience.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and possess strong organizational and clerical skills as well as a high degree of professionalism.
This is a Family Law position. Our services include divorce, custody, child support, alimony, and equitable distribution matters. There will be some carry-over into defending related domestic violence and criminal law cases. You must be committed to the practice of Family Law rather than desperate for employment. This position will require maintaining communication with clients going through the worst time of their lives and engaging in high-conflict litigation. It is not for the faint of heart but the job is extremely rewarding.
