As a Wireless Retail Sales Associate, you will be handling a high level of customer queries for Sales, Marketing and Customer Services purposes on behalf of our newest clients.

Wireless Retail Sales Associate - The Role: Responsibilities will include keeping up with compliance, regulations, as well as offering the services most suited to the customer’s needs. Product training is provided. The goal of our sales team is not only to promote the services available but to provide a great image with excellent customer service and professional etiquette. You will be reporting to the Senior Management team to keep track of your work as well as obtaining regular feedback.

As a Wireless Retail Sales Associate you will be:

• Demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Well presented in the office and in front of customers & clients.
• Able to discuss and solve complex situations for the customer.
• Analytical and with good written skills to report and document any issues.
• Competitive and eager to work in a fast paced environment.
• Target oriented
