The ATM Service & Operations Engineer is responsible for properly managing and maintaining efficient ATM services and Operations. They will be held accountable for the administration of quality services. Network and ATM availability is crucial in improving member experiences. As the ATM Service & Operations Engineer, they will work closely with vendors and management, in regards to increasing member satisfaction. The ATM Service & Operations Engineer will be able to reflect back on their experience, to provide valuable insight and make informed decisions regarding how the organization plans to achieve benchmark goals and objectives. They should possess a number of very important leadership qualities as they work with vendors to gain efficiencies, increase monitoring, preventative maintenance, lifecycle management, and working with our Remote Delivery team to assist with establishing our ATM strategy.

Essential Functions:
Able to effectively communicate with employees and top management.
Make recommendations on the organizations current and future needs, regarding the operation of ATM services.
Recommend changes and is a critical component in implementing all new operational or service related processes.
Monitor and evaluate and communicate results to top management.
Work towards goals that help contribute to the organization's growth, by implementing and enforcing strategies that aim to optimize organizational operations and services.
Support departments that are responsible for debit and credit card production, deposits and withdrawals, retail business banking, loans, collections.
Prepare written proposals and performance of cost benefit analysis, as well as risk analysis in conjunction with the organizations current policies and procedures.
Contribute in negotiation of pricing of certain products and services, in order to decrease ATM related products and service expenses, thereby contributing to the maximization of the organization's profitability.
Recommend effective strategies and techniques.
Responsible for administering the Credit Union's Automated Teller Machine (ATM) products, operational process documentation and operating instructions.
Develop, configure, and optimize ATM operational processes from inception through fully operationalized.
Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes.
Assess & perform process simulations, take measurements and interpret data.
Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve ATM availability and quality.
Manage cost and time constraints.
Complies with all Credit Union policies and procedures including those related to Bank Secrecy Act regulations.

Job Qualifications
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience with Vendor Management (Maintenance contracts, service calls, product review, etc.).
Experience with understanding Branch Technologies (Teller Cash Recyclers, Card Wizard Printers, CFM).
Complies with all Credit Union policies and procedures including those related to Bank Secrecy Act regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates degree in Informational Technology or related field.
5+ years' ATM administration experience.
2+ years' Networking experience in supporting a fleet of ATM's.
Experience with ATM Lifecycle Management.
Knowledge of NCR models and VISA DPS network.
Administered 25+ ATMs.
Knowledge of ESQ.
