• Quality Control Laboratory Analyst / Omaha, NE

Responsibilities:

• Focus on the daily lab operations and execution of testing to support manufacturing operations.
• Test samples from drug substance and pesticides.
• Use test methods derived from the compendia and non-compendial sources.
• Maintain operational and GMP readiness of the QC areas.
• Support QC operations which involve data review and data trending.
• Experience in dry and wet chemistry.
• Analytical instrumentation such as pH meter, analytical balances.
• Experience with HPLC and GC.
• Analytical instrumentation and equipment qualification preferred.
• Experience working in GMP environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in direct pharmaceutical, veterinary, medical device or biotechnology industries.
• Excellent oral and technical writing skills.
• Must be proficient using MS Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge in cGMP and regulatory guidance as well as understanding of how they are applied to regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of QC Laboratory equipment operation.
• Technical Writing skills.
