What you will be doing:
As a fulltime Tech + Sales Representative, you will be repairing devices along with upselling accessories and Asurion Home+. You will train to be a certified expert on repairing smartphones and tablets along with other electronic devices.
Stout Management Group is opening 6 Asurion locations throughout the greater Ithaca and Syracuse area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Accountable for Tech Repairs on all devices in timely manner
Customer interactions from check in, repair status, & check out
Customer satisfaction
Perform routine inventory counts
Stay current on repair trainings
Adhere to safety standards
Ability to sell products and services
Achieve repair and sales targets
