Essential Duties:
- Confers with customers to determine the nature of problems or to explain repairs.
- Fixes devices, processes cracked glass, tests devices before and after repairs.
- Travels to meet with customers in their homes or places of business.
- Bring sales experience to consistently sell the Connected Home product and Serve, Solve, and Sell on every customer interaction
- Learns and applies the details of the Connected Home product, how to gain an understanding of the customer's technology, and how to offer and sell protection/tech support solutions to customers to meet their needs
- Drives sales and customer service metrics by motivating Field Technicians, holding them accountable for their performance, and providing consistent and targeted feedback
- Demonstrates an understanding of sales behaviors and resources and customer service best practices. Ensures Field Technicians are knowledgeable about the Connected Home product, and Serve, Solve, and Sell in every customer interaction
- Training and development of Field Tech team- this role will have 5-10 direct reports
- Putting Field Tech schedule into Portal 2 weeks in advance w/ roles and vehicle assigned
- Ensuring daily coverage for field jobs and escalating issues to the district manager
- Responsible for ensuring jobs are assigned to technicians
- POC for dispatched technicians
- Deployment of new processes
- Deployment of new vans
- Ensuring legal and safety protocols are in place in vans
- Ensure all vans have appropriate tools and equipment to perform duties
- Top-tier performance, individually
- Manage market operational KPIs and drive results
- Ensuring inventory availability
- Accountable for inventory handled by RTs in your market
- Attending daily/weekly meeting with Operational leadership
Requirements:
- Capable of interacting with customers face to face.
- Experience in sales and customer service is highly recommended.
- Experience with device repair is required.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items that weigh more than 50 pounds.
- This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Sunday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Employees must be willing to travel a radius of up to 60 miles from store to repair appointments.
- Travel for this position should be expected up to 100% of the time
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid state driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
- A background check and drug screening are required.
- Working hours must be flexible, including weekends and evenings.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Position type: W2 Employee
Pay - $18/hr + commission
