Join our team at JUSTIN as we grow our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) department with the grand opening of our new state-of-the-art distribution warehouse this Spring! We are seeking a Shipping & Logistics Associate who will support our cross-channel DTC department (including JUSTIN, Landmark, Lewis Cellars, and FIJI Water home delivery). This is a great entry-level opportunity to learn DTC and logistics!
This position is hybrid Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (in office MTW).
Job Description
- Track inventory levels for Wine, DTC supplies, retail merchandise
- In partnership with Hospitality teams and Logistics, monitor inventory levels of on-site wine supplies for all Tasting Rooms
- Coordinate Club pick up orders and weekly transfers
- Responsible for daily compliance issues across DTC
- In partnership with the Compliance team, responsible for outdated licenses
- Maintain bi-monthly compliance tracking report
- Manage all pending open orders and work to close all orders in a timely manner
- Run Daily Sales reports to show trends toward Monthly goals
- Review all inventory dashboards daily for any discrepancies
- Support WOW (Way of Work) initiatives in the company's continuous improvement program
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail, organized, and focused
- 1-2 years of Administrative or Inventory experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Demonstrates ability to work well under pressure
- Experience with e-Commerce, shipment planning, and logistics a plus
- Experience with Ship Compliant, Commerce 7, and Warehouse Management systems a plus
- Ability to communicate in English both written and verbally
- AA degree or above from a credited institution
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
