Role Description
We're looking for a team-oriented professional who combines ambition and a strong work ethic with a genuine commitment to our clients. In this versatile role, you'll cover a wide range of tasks including research, financial analysis, and report preparation, as well as participate in client meetings. You'll also play a key role in managing client relationships and assisting with portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the construction and monitoring of financial plans.
- Be an integral part of our advisory team by contributing to the client meeting process, responding to client inquiries, and performing financial analysis.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Lead the research and implementation of innovative technology, including AI.
- Support our growth initiatives by assisting with the creation of client educational materials.
- Assist with reviewing and rebalancing portfolios, including directing trades on behalf of clients.
- Actively seek ways to improve the client experience and content.
- Identify and implement improvements and efficiencies.
Qualifications

- Excellent organizational and communication skills, and ownership of your work.
- Effective task management and prioritization abilities.
- 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in the fields of finance or business.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Plans to pursue the Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) designation, if not already completed. (Stabler Wealth Management will support the related expenses).
Compensation and Benefits:
We provide a competitive salary matching your experience and skills and offer a quarterly bonus based on company and individual performance. The full compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000, depending on experience.
