An Associate for the SDE Trading Team team within Charles Schwab Trust Bank will work with various internal and external business partners to facilitate daily mutual fund trading, dividend processing, and corporate actions for the department. This role will have a successful candidate supporting daily processing of trade activity, dividends, and corporate actions. A successful candidate will have the ability to innovate, streamline processes, and reduce risk within their day-to-day activities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, curiosity, attention to detail and thinking in an unexpected way are a must. Candidates will need to communicate effectively within a team environment located across the United States.
The required hours for this role are as follows:
Pacific time: 2pm-10:30pm
Central time: 4pm-12:30am
You will be onsite 3 days a week and able to work remote 2 days per week.
What you have- BA/BS preferred
- 1-3 years of retirement industry experience preferred, with an emphasis on Trading Operations
- Advanced Excel Skills, Macro building skills a plus
- Working knowledge of Mutual Fund Trading, Corporate Actions, and Dividend Processing
- Ability to collaborate across multiple levels of the organization
- Demonstrated analytical skills that include the ability to research issues and propose solutions
- Adaptability to constant changing work environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to effectively communicate to internal and external business providers
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK - Daily Schedule 2 PM to 10:30 PM Pacific time daily with required overtime as needed. On site on Monday, Wednesdays and Thursdays in one of the locations listed.
