As a Associate Recruiter, you will support front-line hiring. You will support Talent Acquisition to build a sustainable model of ongoing high-volume hiring. We emphasize collaboration and teamwork and offer a hybrid work setting to allow for maximum team effectiveness which includes the option for a day or two at home if that brings you greater performance and balance.

This is a contract position with an estimated contract term of five months. Our preference is an individual who can report to our Westminster office 3 days a week, but we will consider 100% remote applications as well.
How will You influence success?
Sourcing:
- Build a pipeline of qualified individuals to fill construction jobs across the US and Canada.
- Build relationships with preferred applicant resources including search firms, governmental agencies, college placement centers, trade schools, and related organizations
- Talk to candidates directly to qualify them for the role
- Inform candidates about our hiring and pre-employment process
- Execute on plans to attract diverse talent
Onboarding:
- Ensure that the candidate remains engaged and excited through to the successful start in the role
- Coordinate with other Talent Development team members on handoffs to facilitate a smooth onboarding process
- Involvement with Hire-Volume Hiring (HVH)
- Desire to align with Team Performance objectives and drive for Success
- Strong use of technology (applicant tracking, resume databases, e-mail, MS Teams)

Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in the construction industry
- Experience with employment branding and marketing tools (social media, etc.) to boost visibility
- Data driven with proven experience improving recruiting KPIs (time to fill, quality of hire, retention, etc.) and funnel management
Compensation: $20-$25.15 per hour. This role will receive only limited overtime.
