As An Associate Provider Service Representative, You will be responsible for all activities associated with provider relations and services. This includes heavy phone calls both inbound and outbound, reviewing of provider documents into the database and ensure documents are correct regarding informational content.  responding to provider emails and working with providers to help solve issues regarding the provider portal.

This position is full-time. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our business hours between the following shifts:  

• 7:55am - 4:25pm CST
• 8:30am - 5:00pm CST
• 9:00am - 5:30pm CST
• 9:30am - 6:00pm CST
• 10:00am - 6:30pm CST
• 10:30am - 7:00pm CST
• 11:00am - 7:30pm CST
• 11:30am - 8:00pm CST

We offer 8 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 8:00am to 4:30pm CST.

*All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Daily Inbound/Outbound Phone Calls from Providers
• Daily Inbound/Outbound Email Correspondence with Providers and internal team
• Data Entry of Provider Documentation
• Support Inquiries for Credentialing, Professional Fees, Benefits and Pricing
• Product Portal Support
• Support Outstanding Issues
• Ear Mold Processing
• Process Returns and Exchanges

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent years of working experience.
• 1 years of experience with Microsoft programs including Excel (ability to create, edit, save and send spreadsheets) and Word (ability to create, edit, save and send documents)
  
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday between 7:55am - 4:25pm CST / 8:30am - 5:00pm CST / 9:00am - 5:30pm CST / 9:30am - 6:00pm CST / 10:00am - 6:30pm CST / 10:30am - 7:00pm CST / 11:00am - 7:30pm CST / 11:30am - 8:00pm CST including the flexibility to work occasional overtime given the business need

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 years of experience in a customer service role  
• 1 years experience in a claims or provider support role
• 1 years of experience working with a provider network
• Salesforce experience
• Current experience within Individual Operations

Telecommuting Requirements:

• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
• Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Washington or Rhode Island Residents Only: The hourly range for California / Colorado / Connecticut / Hawaii / Nevada / New York / New Jersey / Washington / Rhode Island residents is $16.00 - $28.27 per hour.
