Founded in 1984, L+M is a full-service real estate development firm which develops, invests, constructs, and manages properties with industry-leading innovation. Currently, LMXD is actively working on projects representing over 4,000 mixed-income homes in cities such New Haven, New Rochelle, New York City, Newark, Philadelphia, Washington DC, and New Orleans.
