In Kansas City, Honeywell Federal Manufacturing &Technologies (FM&T) manages and operates the U.S. Department ofEnergy/National Nuclear Security Administration's (NNSA) Kansas City NationalSecurity Campus. Primary Responsibilities:

• Entry level position performing routine program managementfunctions on assigned projects or sub-projects of a general nature and limitedscope. Completes, with detailed instructions, assignments in support of one ormore weapon, product/service, or reimbursable programs.
• Assists in the program management activities to manage oneor more moderate to significantly complex weapons program elements.
• Provides input into the review and execution of innovativesolutions to technical issues.
• Participates in the development of cost and scheduleframework for projects and program elements.
• Provides assistance in the financial planning, monitoring,scheduling, preparation and release of technical/schedule information requiredfor program/project planning.
• Participates in the establishment of production/projectdefinitions, maintenance of schedules, and engineering releases associated withweapon or reimbursable programs.
• Assists in the technical, administrative, and logisticalliaison roles with company, Department of Energy, design agencies,laboratories, integrated contractors and other government agencies for one ormore weapons and growth programs.
• Conducts activities in a safe and healthy manner and worksin accordance with established ES&H requirements to ensure the protectionof associates, the public, and the environment. Takes actions necessary to"stop" work when an unsafe condition or action is identified. Everyassociate has the right and responsibility to stop work when unsafe conditionsor actions are identified.

You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• No prior experience required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE "Q" levelclearance.

• Previous relevant internship experience or equivalentpreferred.
• Knowledge of business concept principles of risk managementand project/program management.
• Ability to effectively communicate, exhibit interactive andpresentation skills.
