Logistician I, Junior

SSI needs to a Logistician I, Junior to support our current list of services provided for the U.S. Navy. 

The Technical Data Division of Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division provides documentation support for conventional ordnance, weapons systems and weapons platforms. This tasking is to provide technical data management support. This position is located an Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake, California.

Your key duties will be converting documents to a digital format, data entry and metadata capture.

Management of reports, customer service documentation or other documentation.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products and Adobe Professional
• Experience with Data Entry and metadata capture
• Experience with Technical Data including Engineering Drawings, Specifications, Engineering Change Proposals
• Experience with legacy media including Aperture Cards, Large Format Drawings, Microfilm and Microfiche
• Experience using scanning devices and their applications to include image software i.e., Kofax, and Image

This is a Full Time position

Non-Exempt

Salary range is $20.00 to $25.00
