About the opportunity:
We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented Product Strategy & Operations Associate who is passionate about solving complex, tangible problems to come join our team. Making car ownership effortless and creating a world-class user experience is what drives every decision we make as a company. Working closely with our co-founder/CEO and partnering with our brilliant engineers and data scientists, you will own a critical segment of our core insurance product. No prior product experience necessary. Responsibilities:
Ideate, test, and execute on core features of our insurance product (e.g. automation, conversion, payments, etc)
Conduct in-depth user research and think critically about how to solve for our customers’ pain points
Run analyses to gain insights and identify opportunities to improve our customer journey
Partner with engineers, data scientists, designers, customer agents, biz dev teams to define product specs and launch new features
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (computer science, engineering, data science, statistics or related)
2 years in management consulting or a fast-growing startup is a MUST. Big plus if you come from a top consulting firm (MBB).

The pay range for this role is $100,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
