SalaryAre you looking to grow into Product Management? Join our Innovation team as an Associate Product Manager!
As an Associate Product Manager you will:
- Assist with the process of developing of new products that provide value to our customers.
- Identify common Engineered to Order products that can be commercialized to increase overall sales.
- Work directly with Engineering and Manufacturing to identify actions required to support ongoing product updates.
- Provide data collection, reporting, and communication support for sustainability related initiatives.
- Support price list maintenance activities
- Review product performance on a SKU level and make recommendations for obsolescence.
- Maintain Spacesaver’s surface material offerings (Low Pressure Laminate, High Pressure Laminate, and paint)
- Attend tradeshows, develop, and maintain relationships with strategic partners, and meet with end users for market research (up to 20% travel)

What We Are Looking For:
- bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering with 1-3 years related experience preferred.
- A knowledge of general marketing and product management principles
- Entrepreneurial drive
- Strong project management skills and experience
- Good technical aptitude
- Strong oral and written communication skills and experience giving effective presentations to small and large groups.
- Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts of algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and statistics.

Pay: From $62,815.00 per year
