About the job
The Associate Platform Architect role is a unique hybrid of business and technical skills with a focus on the latest technological solutions and best practice architecture within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Engagement. As an owner of email and technical marketing solutions, you will manage the successful onboarding and overall technological direction of our clients.
You will provide a "white glove service" model to our Retail clients. This includes completing high-quality deliverables for known needs but also recommendations and expertise to inspire creativity and scalable solutions.
You will manage the software development life cycle, marketing programs, traditional campaigns, advise on technical solutions related to integrations with SFMC, and collaborate with our CRG and Delivery teams.
You will contribute to technical development while working with other front- and back-end developers to provide marketing solutions. You will report to the Technical Manager, SFMC, a well-respected leader and mentor with amazing marketing experience and deep SFMC knowledge. This is a remote role.
Qualifications
- 2+ yrs SFMC Engagement experience (Automation Studio, Email Studio, Journey Builder, Admin)
- Client-facing experience
- General understanding of SQL and AMPScript
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,400. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
