Company Vehicle
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $97,783 - $119,512, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As an Associate Patient Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support locations within the specific sales area to build the skill set required to qualify for a Patient Support Specialist position and tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Supporting driving sales and 3M revenue by leveraging current customer relationships to drive transitions in assigned hospitals and make sales
- Driving sales by identifying candidates for transitions
- Presenting and reinforcing 3M value proposition to differentiate 3M from competitive offerings
- Achieving financial and strategic goals from assigned customers
- Supporting sales territory by covering territory plan to efficiently drive strategic goals (transition quotas)
- Generating Focus Product leads and sales as directed by the District Manager
- Using customer education programs, tools, and presentations
- Generate patient transitions and provide administrative support to sales by: developing and managing relationships with Discharge Planners, Case Managers, 3M Customer Service Reps, and others involved in the VAC Therapy and other product transition process
- Completing essential business tracking requirements
- Ability to relocate short term and support multiple locations within the specific sales area
Company Vehicle
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Current, valid Driver's license
- Ability to relocate to temporary locations within the sales area
- Ability to travel up to 85% of the time

- Experience in health care industry sales
- Experience in asset management
- Experience with business to business sales
- Experience working with discharge planners and case managers
- Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
