Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate Parts and Materials Clerkto support the team in Victorville, CA.
This role requires partnership across the enterprise and keen attention to detail and timelines. The Materials Management team works together on jobs associated with planning, scheduling, and ordering materials.
Position Responsibilities:
Assists in coordinating and scheduling on time delivery of Parts and commodities by following established schedules and procedures.
Assists with audits and other forms of analysis of information from multiple sources to determine accuracy relative to delivery schedules, inventories levels, requirements, etc.
Maintains and updates information systems that distribute materials management information to required recipients.
Coordinates the flow of limited materials management related information between and among internal and external recipients.
Interprets information to identify problems and supply chain trends or patterns.
Suggests potential solutions to resolve problems of limited scope affecting the supply chain.
Orders and maintains materials in the One SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
Works under general supervision.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience working in Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation (this role is primarily for first shift, but may occasionally require you to support other shifts based on the needs of the operation).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience interacting with customers (both internal and external), at all levels, on a one-on-one basis and in group settings.
Experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes.
Experience in collecting, organizing, synthesizing and analyzing data.
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.)
