PURPOSE:
As an integral member of our team, the Associate Operations Analyst will undertake a pivotal role in facilitating the efficient management of daily incoming and outgoing correspondence, meticulously aligning with the stringent compliance protocols of our firm. This pivotal function entails the adept utilization of our software solutions and third-party resources to meticulously direct incoming mail to the requisite departments with precision and consistency.
Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the oversight and administration of client systems and investor platforms, thereby fostering the seamless functioning of these mission-critical infrastructures. Moreover, your responsibilities extend to providing adept support within our call center, serving as a primary escalation point for resolving inquiries and addressing concerns with utmost professionalism and efficiency.
This is an in-office position in the Buckhead office with hours of Noon to 8pm EST.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring outgoing mail is handling within strict timing guidelines using third party software
  • Ensure incoming mail is reviewed, routed and logged timely.
  • Review and respond to client requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Administer client and investor systems (BKFS, Tempo, ADR, DRA, etc)
  • Communicate with team members and clients regarding inquiries related to outgoing mail and affidavits
  • Reply to general customer service emails from borrowers and clients
  • Review and understand foreclosure basics
  • Review and understand bankruptcy basics
  • Review and understand eviction basics
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to operational activities.
  • Collaborating with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Participating in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree require or 5+ years of default experience
  • Must possess excellent ability to communicate with clients and internal staff
  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Professional Personal Presentation
  • Overall positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change
  • Must possess the ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency in appropriate situations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is required.
