Your opportunity

  • Work with team members in the Bank Vertical to support client accounts, including sending investment /professional development content and quarterly product updates to home office and other contacts.
  • Provide administrative support on the following (among other client requests): Alternative Investment investor relations and on-boarding support, Seismic postings, SalesForce reports, RFP submissions, CAP filings, Quarterly Team Newsletter, Client Organization Charts, Strategic Account Program Firm updates.
  • Be responsible for responding to basic client inquiries and requests in a timely manner coordinate sales, marketing, and support services for client presentations.
  • Coordinate Quarterly Update for Sales Leadership (content and data).
  • Assist team in tracking of monthly budget spends by firm.
  • Liaise with Operations and Legal on various product and share class requests from clients (i.e. Hedge Fund, SMA and MF set-up sheets).
  • Client regional / local event support for all aspects of meeting (attendees, materials, logistics scheduling).
  • Attend sponsored client meetings on occasion.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

Must have skills
  • Minimum 2 years account management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses required
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop strategic business relationships
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills

Nice to have skills
  • Working knowledge of SalesForce or other similar CRM

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $87,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be posted until March 31, 2024.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
