THE POSITION: 
Our roster has an opening with your name on it

The Associate Motion Graphic Artist uses industry-standard Adobe software to create on-air graphics for multiple productions. Collaborate closely with the creative team, producers, and directors to bring ideas to life and enhance the overall visual presentation of our broadcasts. This position requires a strong ability to learn quickly, collaborate effectively with others and work independently, and efficiently under tight deadlines. The Associate Motion Graphic Artist is also responsible for managing all files associated with created graphics locally and over a network. Additionally, provide support in After Effects animation as directed and contribute creatively to long-term projects.

THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Design graphics for multiple TV productions using industry-standard Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects Software.
  • Collaborate with Senior Motion Graphic Artist to create animations. 
  • Work closely with Art Directors, Developers, and Production to ensure brand consistency.
  • Develop effective file structures that can be referenced easily during and after projects.
  • Create and maintain design assets using Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Assist in additional responsibilities as assigned or requested.

THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment, collaborating with talent, producers, and directors.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving production needs.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and passionate about creating visually appealing content.
  • Portfolio showcasing expertise in Motion Graphics and visual effects.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule consisting of weekends and holidays.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Familiarity with broadcast standards and technical requirements for on-air graphics.
  • Familiar with Asana or similar work management software.
  • Fan of sports and familiar with sports betting.
  • Familiar with Chyron and XPression.

The applicable salary range for this position is $30.77/hour - $42.31/hour, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.

This role includes flexible time off (including unlimited paid time off for full-time employees) and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
