Overview of Job Description
The Associate Marketing Manager (AMM) of Commercial Accounts is a collaborative marketer with a passion for marketing communication. The AMM sits on the Customer Marketing Team, reporting to the Sr. Customer Marketing Manager, Commercial Accounts. The primary role of the AMM is to drive business growth by supporting Tractor’s Sales and Marketing teams in identifying marketing solutions for National Accounts and assisting the Customer Marketing team in Marketing strategy, development and execution.
Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with Commercial Partners, identifying Marketing gaps and opportunities, and propose strategic solutions to enhance Tractor brand awareness and drive incremental attachment at the Partners’ beverage stations
- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities, marketing activations and tradeshows supporting Customer Marketing and Tractor’s Commercial business
- Assist in building loyalty in improved brand relevance, awareness, engagement and retention (a partner-centric mindset in foodservice marketing will be critical in this role)
- Assist in translating overall Tractor brand ethos into a Sales and Partner execution of business objectives and consumer journey strategy
- Help coordinate product launch execution and communication as it relates to Tractor Pouring Partners through brand equity, activation and experiences
- Support the Customer Marketing Commercial team in Partner digital activations, sampling activations and campaign execution
Qualifications
Required
- 1-3 years of B2B marketing and/or product marketing experience
- B2B or related customer marketing and/or communications experience
- Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional setting (with Sales, Customer Excellence, Operations, etc.)
- Ability to effectively present information to key business partners and internal teams
- Ability to handle various high-priority projects in a time-modified environment
- Experience with marketing campaign development, project management and prioritization
- Self-motivated/directed with a strong attention to detail and the ability to excel in rapidly evolving environments
- Availability for up to 30% travel
Preferred
- Experience in foodservice, beverage and/or CPG product marketing
- Experience and/or understanding of how to bring product marketing experience to foodservice customers
- Experience in CPG executional planning such as sampling activations, brand activations, Brand Ambassador and/or influencer programs
- Strong project and time management skills
- Ability to overcome challenges by recommending solutions in sound judgment
- Proven verbal and written communication skills, especially as related to partner marketing and communication
- Passion for products that create a better and more sustainable opportunity for all
