We are seeking a passionate and motivated Associate Manager, Client Partner to join one of our premier client teams. You will drive client relationships, building strong, value-add bonds with the client. You will regularly oversee multiple, advanced projects across an integrated spectrum and support client services leadership with strategic initiatives.

Who You Are:

• Kansas City based working remote 4 days per week and 1 day in office.
• 3 - 5 years of prior agency account management experience.
• Experienced in presenting information in a clear fashion both verbally and in writing with excellent interpersonal, presentation and written skills.
• Set and manage multiple project deliverables with the ability to work with multiple, cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload while working remotely.
• Organized, attentive and detail oriented.
• Possess a flexible, warm and outgoing personality and have strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to complete a project from start to finish with little oversight.
• Experience managing paid media campaigns and working directly with teams to execute.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Planning and delivering strategies that increases brand recognition, customer retention and customer loyalty.
• Work seamlessly with marketing and deployment to drive successful campaign and company results.
• Lead various client marketing or media programs - providing strategic guidance as necessary.
• Create, track, and report on KPIs while actively optimizing new and ongoing campaigns based on learnings in the data.
• Spearhead internal executive reports that captures key metrics, learnings and recommendations.
• Lead client status calls and ensure all projects run smoothly and efficiently.
• Working closely with all stakeholder domains such as strategy, creative, data science and insights.
