Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Installer. Reporting to the Lead Installer, the Associate Installer will assist with floor installations and support the overall success of projects. This role offers the opportunity to learn valuable skills in floor coating installation while contributing to our commitment to delivering high-quality results for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Installer with all aspects of floor and garage cabinet installations, including preparation, application, and finishing.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure installations are completed efficiently and to company standards.
- Handle and maintain tools, equipment, and materials used in the installation process.
- Communicate effectively with the Lead Installer and other team members to coordinate tasks and address any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Learn and apply proper techniques for installing Floor Coatings, including surface preparation, mixing materials, and applying finishes.
- Take direction from the Lead Installer and actively participate in training and skill development opportunities.
- Clean up the work area and dispose of waste materials in an environmentally responsible manner
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license in good standing with clean driving record required to operate company vehicles.
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
- Desire to learn, willing to follow instructions from the Lead Installer and other team members.
- Available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to lift / maneuver heavy equipment or materials and perform physical tasks as required.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and kneeling.
- Fluent in English with good communication skills.
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance, ensuring uniforms are clean and well-kept.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and understand instructions.
- High-school diploma or GED.
- Nice to have - previous experience in construction, flooring, painting, or a related field.
- Nice to have - experience using swing units and / or diamond grinder.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
