Provide direction and support in the areas of recruitment and staffing, employee relations, compensation, benefits, HRIS, training, reward and recognition, EEO, performance management, policies and procedures.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the direction of the work of Human Resources Representative(s), Generalist(s), and Manager(s). Assist in the interpretation and application of H.R. policies and benefit programs. Ensures proper management of employment records and the processing of change forms.
- Assist in the coordination, implementation and advisement of compensation and recognition programs and services for client groups, working with Corporate Compensation resources.
- New Hire Orientation: Responsible for the activities associated with onboarding, completion of required paperwork; coordinates and conducts New Hire Company Orientation sessions. Manages the New Hire Onboarding Program with Leader and New Hire.
- Assist in all client group staffing issues including: determination of organizational needs, obtaining specific requirements, coordinating all advertising, recruiting and screening of applicants, utilizing and maintaining recruiting system. Work with hiring manager on offer letters and starting salaries.
- Data Entry/Reporting: Enter various actions into HR systems. Providing monthly or adhoc reporting for various client group needs. Payroll review and reporting.

Education & Experience
- Bachelors Degree and/or minimum (1 yr) Human Resources experience preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Bilingual skills a major plus (Spanish, Arabic)
- Ability to maintain decorum in the highly confidential nature of the work
- Effective written and verbal communication, including the ability to communicate and work with individuals with disabilities and diverse backgrounds
- Excellent computer and software skills, including word-processing, spreadsheets, and databases. Microsoft Office, including Excel and Access required
- Facilitation and training delivery skills desired
- Math aptitude for relatively complex addition subtraction multiplication and division to complete job requirements
- Proven ability to multitask to meet workflow demands and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Communications & Contacts
Communicates with client group employees and managers, external customers/vendors, DOL/OFCCP, state workforce commissions, and regulatory agencies
Decision Making
Assists in the data gathering so that decisions in all areas of H.R. Management can be made to include: Personnel development, Hiring/firing, benefits, compensation, training, budgetary, legal actions, and various other personnel decisions.

Job Complexity: Requires ability to resolve moderately complex inquiries on their own and apply moderately high levels of independent thinking to resolve issues. Typically Reports to: Location HR Generalist, HR Manager, or HR Director.
Hourly Pay Rate:$20.00 - $29.00
The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
