Overview
We are currently seeking a Senior Human Resource Business Partner to join the Global Human Resources Business Partner team that supports RTI Health Solutions.
RTI Health Solutions (RTI-HS), a business unit of RTI International, is an independent and internationally recognized research organization. We provide scientifically rigorous research and consulting services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and diagnostics companies. Our research and consulting services focus on gathering evidence, analyzing results, increasing understanding, and providing greater clarity to help reveal the benefits, risks, value, and potential of our client's products. Our various practice areas include: Market Access and Outcomes Strategy, Patient-Centered Outcomes Assessment, Health Economics, Pharmacoepidemiology, Biostatistics, Surveys and Observational Studies, and Health Preference Assessment.
In this strategic role, you will provide comprehensive HR guidance and support to senior executives and key stakeholders in a commercial health organization across a multi-country footprint, including staff in Spain, France, England, US, and teleworkers across UK/EU. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will drive the alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives focusing on complex client groups, and collaborating with executive leadership to recommend business goals and strategic direction at the business unit level. You will lead the development of the business unit talent strategy identifying best practices to bolster organizational direction and to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
Additional responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Proactively apply broad-based HR knowledge to address business needs, educating and advising the leadership team on strategic HR issues, influencing, and decision-making.
  • Mobilize and align diverse, multi-cultural stakeholders around shared objectives, expertly applying strategic insights.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external executive-level management forming strategic partnerships with senior or executive leadership across the organization.
  • Build trusted relationships including cultivating open and trustful relationships across all organizational levels while fostering an inclusive and feedback-oriented work culture.
  • Create and drive change programs that address local issues and facilitate significant organizational transformations.
  • Regularly communicate employee and workforce needs to leadership, and shape and communicate business unit messages and policies to staff and management.
  • Spearhead the design and execution of company-wide HR programs and initiatives, encompassing critical aspects like salary review, workforce planning, succession planning, change management, talent management, and organizational change.
  • Work collaboratively with HR COEs and business unit management to effectively implement corporate policies related to HR, organizational, and employee development at the business unit or division level, and on a global scale.
  • Consult with employees and managers and HR COEs, employing a systematic approach to address root causes of HR issues and resolve complex employee relations matters.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the more junior HR Business Partners to foster a high performing and engaged team environment, and promote continuous learning and development.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 18 years of directed related experience, or a Master's degree and 14 years of directly related experience
  • The ability to work flexible hours to support United Kingdom, Europe, and other non-US locations
  • Demonstrated HR expertise, including strategic planning and change management skills
  • Demonstrated familiarity with HR compliance and employment laws.

Preferred:
  • Experience developing talent strategies for commercial organizations

$186,000.00-$230,000.00
