Job Description
Export Documentation - assist with mail receipt, document printing, organizing documents, filing, scanning, document dispatch via FEDEX, data tracking.
Computer Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PP) is required. .
Office Experience:
Distribution and transportation experience is preferred but any office experience will work. Candidates with experience w/ international document exporting or data entry preferred. Soft Skills: Must be reliable and able to show up every day. Multitasking is required. Able to process 100 export orders a day.
Education:
High school diploma (Associate's degree preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of office clerical experience- administrative assistant/general office experience is okay.
Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Proficient in all Microsoft Basic programs.
