Position Summary (Full Time Permanent - Hybrid)
The International Export Documentation Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all international documentation is accurate and up-to-date. The Analyst will also be responsible for providing guidance, support and efficiency analysis to the international execution team. Must have detailed experience with Letters of Credit documents and processes.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date international execution documents and records.
- Monitor and review international execution activities for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with the development and implementation of international execution processes and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to the international execution team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with the resolution of international execution issues and disputes.
- Monitor international regulations and ensure compliance.
- Identify areas of improvement and work with the team to implement solutions.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain/Logistics or related field.
- 3+ years of International execution experience.
- 3+ years of export documentation experience.
- 2+ years of Letters of Credit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of international regulations and compliance.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
