Looking for a full-time employee to work with an experienced Investment Specialist in running the day to day operations of the advisory practice. The ideal candidate is detail oriented & proactive. He or she is able to work independently, has a growth mindset, and is committed to ongoing learning and development. Financial Industry experience is preferred, but not required.
Qualifications
- Financial Service or Insurance industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications and data entry and information retrieval software
- Demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to practice active listening and communicate in a direct manner
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to embrace change and work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work both independently and on a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Duties Include:
- Calendar Management (calling existing clients and/or emailing with them to set appointments).
- Answering my office phone and servicing clients requests for information on their investments or setting a callback time for me to address requests personally
- Logging sales and tracking commissions
- Entering CRM case notes on new sales as well as all of my client reviews
- Managing emails, making sure they are all answered in a timely fashion and typing out dictated emails
- New account openings. Gathering new client info via phone and then preparing/ submitting all required paperwork
