The Associate Financial Analyst provides analytical support to a specific functional area, department, or division. The individual will help develop and maintain forecasting & reporting for assigned area/department/division. Prepare and analyze ad hoc operational or financial performance reports. Analyze assigned issues and recommend appropriate courses of action to take. Completes various accounting analyses while partnering with customer/vendor/internal owners. Identifies, researches, and resolves items impacting the accounting treatment of financial statements. Assists in monthly and quarterly accounting processes supporting various departments. Prepare, review, and post accruals.
What You'll Do:
• Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately based upon business unit requirements/needs.
• Provide analytical support to management to include P&L projections/forecasts, budgeting, and/or cost analysis related to specific areas of the business.
• Collaborate with different teams within the organization to support ad hoc needs of the business and finance organization.
• Responds to written and verbal ad-hoc information requests from internal customers and others as assigned.
• Evaluates financial impact of implemented initiatives across business units and within finance organization.
• Performs monthly accounting activities; assists in month-end close and the preparation of month-end deliverables, journal entries, performs and conducts various account analyses and reconciliations.
• Provide ad hoc deliverables for internal and external audits.

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Proficient in executing instructions, seeking clarification when necessary. Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills, including basic mathematical calculations.
- Strong communication abilities to convey information clearly.
- Demonstrates adherence to social, ethical, and organizational standards in internal and external business activities.
- Capable of building effective working relationships and adapting to new systems and technology.
- Basic proficiency in relevant computer system applications.
