Job Description
7:12 Financial is seeking an Associate Advisor who will work alongside our lead advisor to service our existing clients. This remote position (southeastern PA, southern NJ, or northern DE only) utilizes excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to confidently provide information to clients and team members in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. The successful candidate must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and a self-starter. He or she must be able to operate independently, which often requires the individual to adapt to new responsibilities as the firm continues to grow and evolve.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage and retain existing client relationships through annual meaningful contact and account reviews. Grow those relationships by identifying new opportunities.
- Onboarding new clients, checking paperwork and reports, and maintaining the CRM database.
- Support lead advisor by creating and updating financial plans and pension analysis for client meetings. Prepare meeting agendas and requested emails.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as answering phones, contacting clients (phone, email, & text), and checking paperwork.
- Document all client conversations & stay up to date with compliance requirements.
- Place trades and assist with investment recommendations and insurance quotes.
- Responsibilities are broad and will change as the Advisor grows within 7:12 Financial.

- Ability to work independently as well as cohesively with lead advisor and team members.
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and have a client-focused, helpful attitude.
Requirements:
- FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 registrations and life & health Insurance certifications or obtained within one year of employment.
- An inherent interest in helping and serving others in their financial life.
- Proven strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required.
Preferred Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in the financial service industry.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of mutual funds and retirement plans.
- Experience with Redtail CRM, Morningstar, and MoneyGuidePro a plus.
