Job Description
Kingston Healthcare is seeking an Inclusive Associate Executive Director who will play a key role in supporting the Executive Director in overseeing the overall operations of the senior living community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Director in the day-to-day management of the senior living community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated with overall company objectives.
- Develop and implement programs and initiatives that promote inclusivity and equality among residents and staff.
- Act as a liaison between residents, their families, and community partners to address any concerns related to inclusivity and diversity.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and retention of a diverse workforce.
- Work with the Executive Director to develop and monitor budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated to support inclusive initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a senior living community or healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of individuals and groups.
