Your Impact
- Provide building enclosure commissioning and consulting services.
- Assist project teams with completing building enclosure design reviews.
- Assist project teams with completing building enclosure design drawings and specifications.
- Review fenestration, vertical facade, roofing systems, and waterproofing.
- Assist with performing technical reviews.
- Provide support in completing on-site forensic investigations.
- Assist with conducting functional performance testing of enclosure systems.
- Perform on-site construction observations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Science, Construction Management, or closely related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant post education experience in discipline with prior enclosures, façade design, and sustainability experience.
- Highly familiar with building materials and construction processes for design, construction, and/or repair of building enclosures, façades, waterproofing, cladding systems, roofs, parking structure, noise abatement, and the application to project work-related issues.
- Knowledge of third-party green building rating systems (LEED, Passive House, LBC, WELL, or related).
- Highly familiar with building planning, design, façade, and construction management involving commercial and residential buildings; including renovation and new design projects.
- Analytical mindset with an ability to exercise sound judgement in evaluating situations and making decisions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others, expressing ideas effectively and professionally to a technical and non-technical audience.
- Capable self-leadership with attention to detail, accuracy, multi-tasking, and prioritization of responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team to meet business objectives.
- Basic proficiency with technical writing, office automation, software, technology, math principles, predictive models, spreadsheets, and tools.
- Experience with discipline-specific design software (i.e., AutoCAD, Revit, WUFI, THERM, energy modeling).
- Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
- Ability to work schedules conducive to project-specific requirements that may extend beyond the typical workweek.
- Occasional travel may be required depending on project-specific requirements.
- Master's Degree in one of the above-listed disciplines
