Job description

Provides support services, including research for back office areas such as: payroll, human resources, expense reports, back office systems, and payments to vendors for employees. Responds to employee's basic inquiries, resolves basic problems and/or escalates more complex cases to the appropriate business area for resolution. Enters employee data into various systems. Accurately document calls while speaking with employees. Receives both calls and tickets/cases to resolve within designated SLAs. Additional administrative tasks may be assigned as needed and cross training provided in other areas of the contact center.

Minimum qualifications:


  • High school diploma/GED
  • One (1) year experience in customer service, back Office information systems support, payroll or human resources
  • PC ability, Verbal and writing skills

Knowledge/Skills/Experience Considered a Plus:
  • Previous contact/call center experience.
  • Payroll and Human Resources experience.
  • Workday experience would be a plus.

Applicants must be available to work variable shifts between the hours of 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM CST. Shift hours are non-negotiable.

  • This position is located in Memphis, TN.
