Associate-Domestic Relations (Hybrid)

Description:

Established law firm specializing in domestic relations litigation, with offices in Woburn, MA and Nashua, NH, seeks to add a family law associate to our team. You would report to the Managing Partner and responsibilities include but are not limited to: potential client consults, drafting of court pleadings, extensive client contact, drafting of correspondence and discovery, document review, preparation for and attendance at depositions, court appearances, trials and all other aspects of domestic relations litigation. Our ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in litigation, but primarily in family law, strong communication skills, is a team player but also has the ability to work independently, and can sensitively and tactfully work with diverse clients. Dedication to the highest level of work, integrity and effectively managing client relationships is essential for a successful candidate and progression within the firm. You should be driven, have ambition and goals for your career. We have reasonable billable hour requirements. Salary level depends upon experience. The firm offers health and retirement benefits. You must be licensed in MA. Dual barred in MA & NH is a plus. The position can be primarily remote (other than for in person meetings, court appearances, etc.). Part-time will be considered for the right candidate.
