Position Description
Advertised Job Summary The Alumni Engagement Office at the Darla Moore School of Business invites applications for an Associate Director position. The Associate Director of Alumni Engagement will serve as the Data Manager for the Office of Alumni Engagement. This position will track and update alumni records and engagement and oversee communications to Moore School alumni. Responsibilities also include helping with the alumni magazine, traveling to meet alumni and attending alumni events.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Ability to analyze data and formulate reports for engagement programs. Ability to effectively communicate and maintain positive relationships with alumni, faculty, staff, students and external stakeholders. Knowledge of student services and alumni programs. Ability to work independently and make sound judgments. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Job Duties
Job Duty Serve as data manager with central development and Moore School. Manage data integrity and data requests within Moore School. Create process for data and serve on committees with central university.
Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 25 Job Duty Execute communication efforts with alumni through email, alumni web pages and mail. Work with Marketing Team to establish alumni designs and collateral
Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 20 Job Duty Manage engagement metrics and track data. Create procedures and reporting structures that will measure the ROI of Alumni Engagement activities.
Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 20 Job Duty Coordinate with the Assessment Director to communicate, facilitate and track ranking opportunities for the Moore School.
Essential Function Yes Percentage of Time 10 Job Duty Meet with alumni to establish stories for the Moore School magazine and social platforms. Coordinate with DMSB Marketing and Communications team to help develop and create the Moore School alumni magazine.
