Position Overview:
The position manages endpoint post launch IRT data services, including overseeing the Data Management staff. The Associate Director, IRT Data Management will lead and grow a successful Data Management team in a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative environment; working closely with peers in the Services, Project Management, Testing, Software Development and IT organizations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Data Analysts responsible for performing data changes and data change verifications in the endpoint production IRT environments
- Provide overall direction and guidance to the team on a day-to-day basis, build and maintain a quality-focused team, and own performance management within the team
- Oversee and coordinate the team schedules and rotations
- Continuously identify and implement areas for improvement in the support services organization and company-wide, aiming to provide timely and quality Data Management services to the IRT users and clients
- Own, manage and develop all software tools used in the Data Management team
- Assist in hands-on Data Management duties as needed
- Responsible for generating and analyzing monthly Data Management volume to identify trends, coverage, response time, quality, and forecasting
- Support and foster an environment conducive to innovation, high productivity, and high quality.
- Work closely with Production Support manager to ensure overall support and services quality and timeliness to the endpoint IRT users and clients
- Perform other duties as required
- Responsible for Global Data Management Team and System Monitoring
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of related work experience, preferably in the clinical trial industry; IRT experience is highly desired.
- Experience in managing and supervising teams in a fast-paced environment required
- Relevant experience with SQL and Data Management preferably in the clinical trial industry, IRT highly desirable
- Applied experience utilizing SQL scripting, as well as creating complex queries and stored procedures
- Proven experience to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented production environment
- Experience in identifying and solving problems with minimal direction
- Experience in forecasting and providing KPI-driven services preferred
- Working knowledge of GxP is highly desirable

Pay Range:
Minimum $110,000.00 - Maximum $150,000.00
