The Associate Director, Commercial Optimization and Deployment will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of field force structure, sizing, targeting and investment for Nipocalimab. The focus of the role is to proactively assess existing structures in the context of business strategies, market landscape, leading analytics and recommendations on field force investments including potential roles/structures, sizing/alignments, and customer valuation. The position has oversight for all analytics and execution utilizing an outsourced model, leading the commercial deployment process, and interacting with (in the role of SME) Sales, Marketing and CE Leadership.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- JET DEP Planning, data collection
- In-depth analysis
- Competitive & landscape monitoring/trend identification
- Driving innovative thinking around customer facing options
- Supporting Commercial Operations & Reporting functions and planning.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of related professional experience
- Knowledge of field forces/brands across pharmaceutical marketplace
- Depth of understanding of data sets employed in the industry for segmentation, targeting and behavioral modeling
- Knowledge of the overall commercial deployment process including inputs and handoffs
- Knowledge of analytic methodologies used to inform sales force sizing
- Analytic and data integration skills
- Project management skills, including vendor management
- Ability to organize/analyze multiple data sources and events into a cohesive output
- Ability to assess and manage field reporting needs and make recommendations for enhancements
- Ability to consult and influence all levels of management in therapeutic areas
- Excellent communication skills (written and presentation)
- Proficiency in data/reporting tools
