Position is remote/virtual
Addresses phone calls regarding inquiries, questions, and concerns relating to member Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Reimbursement Accounts. Has a good understanding of Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA’s), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA’s) and governing IRS Guidelines. Setup and maintain client and participant account information within the Alegeus claims payment system. Supports processing of claims disbursements, and weekly/monthly reporting. Provides service updates and ongoing feedback to the Manager to ensure all appropriate personnel are kept informed of any group plan changes and customer concerns. Performs other duties as assigned. Candidates must have a private, secure internet connection when working remotely.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education
High School Diploma required. Associates' in Health, Business of related field
preferred.
Minimum Experience
Customer service experience required, experience taking inbound calls strongly
preferred. Previous office related health care experience required. Knowledge of CDT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM coding systems and medical terminology preferred. Experience with Facets and Macess strongly preferred.
