Funko is a purveyor of pop culture, making and selling license-focused collectibles. We're based in Everett, WA where we have a store that delights kids of all ages (kids at heart included). We currently hold hundreds of licenses for franchises ranging from Marvel to Harry Potter, giving us the rights to create tens of thousands of characters-one of the largest portfolios in the pop culture and collectibles industry. We take your favorite characters and turn them into adorable, or sometimes scary, collectible figures. Our most famous line, Pop! Vinyl, has millions of fans around the world.
We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our team and help us make better decisions through data. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns. You will also work with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven business strategies.

Salary InformationThe base salary range for this position in the selected city is $65,00 - $82, 500 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Work EnvironmentThe noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
This position is based at our HQ offices in Everett, Washington with a hybrid schedule

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our team and help us make better decisions through data. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns. You will also work with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven business strategies.
Your Superpowers in Action
- Collect and clean data from multiple sources
- Develop and execute SQL queries to extract data from databases
- Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven business strategies
- Work closely with other data scientists and analysts to build and maintain data pipelines and data models
- Stay up-to-date on the latest data science and analytics tools and technologies
Must-Have Superhero Gadgetry
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in a data analysis role
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with data mining and data warehousing tools
