Our client is seeking a highly qualified candidate with one to four years of sophisticated Corporate Tax experience, with particular experience in transactional tax, to join our Corporate Tax group in the Nashville office. Candidates must have excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills as well as excellent academic credentials. A tax LL.M. is not required but is strongly preferred.
