Form of workFocusKPI is looking for an Associate Community Manager to join our client, a high-tech SaaS company.
Work Location: Remote in the U.S.
Duration: 12 months with potential for extension and conversion, depending on budget and performance.
Pay Range: $25/hr to $35/hr
Responsibilities:
Engage with our client's community on their online community platform and Slack.
Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere within the community by encouraging constructive discussions and resolving conflicts.
Create internal content incorporating data-driven analysis and recommendations.
Analyze social media metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improving community engagement and content strategies.
Develop and enforce community guidelines.
Help manage gamification program, from troubleshooting issues to developing new engagement initiatives.
Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, and recommend strategies to optimize community engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in community management, social media management, or a related role.
Must be a clear, enthusiastic, and effective written communicator
Independent, proactive, and creative thinker
Able to organize, prioritize and juggle tasks effectively
Ability to learn new software quickly
Online community management experience a huge plus
Experience with Lithium/Khoros or other community software, Trello, Confluence, Jira, Slack, Bunchball/Nitro, and Excel are a plus but not a requirement.
