Associate Claims Care Center Representative

We provide the best customer experience by managing phone and digital interactions on all claims and assisting with immediate needs. May maintain an inventory and assist the adjusting lines with low-complexity claim inventory.
In this primarily home-based role, you will spend 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working from home. Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of one of the following locations: Madison, WI 53783; Eden Prairie, MN 55343; Keene, NH 03431; St. Joseph, MO 64507; Phoenix, AZ 85034; Nashville, TN 37214
On occasion you may be asked to travel to an office location for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, trainings, and culture events. #LI-Remote

Compensation Minimum:$23 / hour

Compensation Maximum:$30.76 / hour

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.

• Review and apply coverage, assign services, interpret estimates and adjuster notes, and process payments.
• Demonstrate Experience resolving issues and requests by phone, email, and chat, adhering to a schedule and servicing customer claims.
• We handle interactions via inbound calls, outbound calls, and digitally.
• Complete responsibilities with multiple lines of business across the enterprise.
• You will problem solve for our customers.
• We identify and gather necessary information to process claims and achieve our goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal/external customers and business partners.
• Utilize claim systems and other applications necessary to complete job tasks.
• May maintain a claim inventory and may assist the adjusting lines with low-complexity claim inventory.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-focused solutions or service.
• Review and apply coverage, assign services, interpret estimates and adjuster notes, and process payments.
• Demonstrated experience handling interactions via inbound calls, outbound calls, and digitally.

• Up to 10%.

• Work that primarily involves sitting/standing.

Working Conditions

• Hours will be 10:40 - 7:05pm in your local time zone
• Shift will be Monday - Friday with a Saturday rotation every 3 weeks.
• This is a call center environment where you will spend 90% of your day on the phone with customers & follow a schedule of statuses that may change daily depending on business needs.

Other Information:

• Position start date will be April 8th, 2024.

While the full pay range has been listed on the job posting, the starting pay for the position is $23.00/hour.
