Title: Associate, Business to Business Initiatives, Operations & Analytics

Primary Purpose: The Associate, Business to Business Initiatives, Operations & Analytics at Coach will support the NA Business to Business (VIP B2B) Initiatives team. In this newly created role, they will be responsible for both front-end & backend systems related to site merchandising, pricing, & inventory management, will possess strong analytical and detailed oriented skills. Will report to the Director, Business to Business Initiatives.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to:

  • Handle basic site merchandising & maintenance for the VIP B2B SKUs; ideal candidate would have knowledge of Plumslice or similar system
  • Will work closely with Brand Operations, Allocation & Fulfillment Centers to ensure inventory is available & allocated to the proper segment to be exposed on the site
  • Ensure inventory is available & priced properly on site to meet financial targets, including planned sales & margin
  • Work closely with the Director to set pricing, execute price changes in SAP & validate changes on site
  • Analyze reports, monitoring performance and key data points to ensure health of business and buyer(s) compliance.
  • Work closely with NA buying & ecom teams to communicate all details on SKU-level selling & pricing along with updating pricing and sku level changes.
  • Ensure synergies across all consumer touchpoints.

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience working in operations, site merchandising or allocation.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy
  • High initiative, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities with appropriate sense of urgency, and ability to multi-task
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a focus on collaboration
  • Ability to analyze and provide key insights from performance data and/or web analytics; Microstrategy BI and/or Google Analytics is ideal
  • Ability to onboard and utilize multiple systems to manage business and service customers; pre-existing experience with SAP S4, SFCC, Plumslice, and/or IMB Sterling is ideal
  • Proficiency in Excel
