Working in brand management at Wendy’s means being a total business owner. The Associate Brand Manager (ABM) - International is the subject matter expert for the business; knowing the customer, financials, and landscape better than anyone else. This position will support the Brand Manager to develop the vision and strategy, while leading execution for their respective assignments.
The ABM will provide detailed project management, leading cross-functional teams to identify consumer insights and bring projects from idea to launch – enabling Wendy’s to grow the business and grow the brand. This includes assisting in the development of key marketing initiatives to achieve objectives, development of annual brand plans, marketing strategies, consumer and industry analyses, and product innovation.
This role will develop, test, and implement product initiatives to support international campaigns and support the Brand Manager to guide and work in partnership with Franchisees to track and grow brand health across the LAC region. This individual will work hybrid in the Miami region.
Responsibilities- Develop well-formed, strategic recommendations and actively contribute to development of annual marketing plans
- Effectively influence up and across the organization as the subject matter expert and point person for all questions related to a project or category
- Provide project management and cross-functional leadership for assigned initiatives, including product innovation projects by developing and executing detailed timelines for international roll-out
- Analyze industry data, consumer research, product performance and competitive initiatives and make recommendations on actions or implications for the business.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree is required; MBA is preferred.
- Business case writing, marketing financial analysis, and P&L management
- Demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Spanish Fluency is required
- Interpersonal skills to build strong and influential relationships across different cultures and with region teams, franchisees, and cross-functional team members

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. * The target annual bonus for this role is 10% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
